Nestor Colon Biography

A Philadelphia Native, husband and father, Nestor Colón describes himself as versatile and a “go getter”, who believes in “working today to make a difference tomorrow”. 

Specializing in the Greater Philadelphia region residential and commercial properties, Nestor lists some of his strengths as “willing to go above and beyond” for his clients, people skills and a talent for numbers.

Nestor is bi-lingual, as he is also fluent in Spanish, and does what he can to participate in Philadelphia’s Latino community. Nestor believes one of the best decisions he made was to join EXIT REALTY “The TRI-STATE Group” and describes the office as “a home away from home”.
