Mohammed Daouik Biography
Mohammed "Mo" Daouik’s passion for real estate began with negotiating contracts on government jobs for the construction company of which he served as Vice President. His great accomplishments with that construction company and entrepreneurial mind-set led to his ownership of a “net café” overseas that he had founded. Mo also owns a “preservation” company that prepares REO properties for listing, and successfully runs an electronics repair company.
Mo’s experience with commercial contracting and business relationships, as well as expansive knowledge of construction has made him a valuable asset to the company as he has proven with each transaction. Mo specializes in working with borrowers, both first-time and veterans in home purchasing. His fluency in French and Arabic allows him to facilitate transactions to diverse market.
He is a member in good standing of the National Association of Realtors, Delaware Association of Realtors, and the Kent County Associations of Realtors. Mo attends services of the local mosque in Delaware, bringing real estate assistance to the community in various ways.
