Norma White Biography

Norma White, over the course of a diverse 12-year career as a licensed REALTOR® in Delaware and Maryland, has proven to be a resourceful thinker and a experienced and proficient trouble-shooter, specializing in REO property management and sales.  Norma’s client list includes OCWEN, ASSET LINK, HSBC, RES NET, and ROOSEVELT BANK.

Prior to a career in real estate, Norma retired from a 20-year career as a law enforcement officer, having graduated from the University of Maryland with a degree in criminal law.  Norma also completed the Maryland School of Appraisers; however, she chose to follow the path of being a REALTOR® rather than an appraiser.

Norma joined EXIT REALTY “The TRI-STATE Group” in 2010 and has helped to facilitate the growth of the company’s REO department in Delaware.  She is a member in good standing of the National Association of Realtors, Delaware Association of Realtors, and the Kent County Associations of Realtors. 

Norma’s success has led her to growing a team that consists of a Buyer’s Agent, Marketing specialist, and Closing Coordinator. Every REO deserves individual attention and is given a comprehensive set of guidelines and procedures that are applied at the time of assignment and followed through to closing.
