Mauricia Ragland Biography

Mauricia Ragland is a South Jersey native and earned a bachelors degree in computer science with a minor in business administration at Clark Atlanta University in Atlanta, Georgia.  Within a year of graduation, she worked full-time as an IT professional specializing in web development as well as a homeowner and landlord. 

She loves to spread the knowledge she learns from others and through her personal experiences.  During her college career, she voluntarily tutored peers, assisted family and friends with finding employment and educational programs.  She decided to become a REALTOR to assist potential home buyers and sellers in making informed decisions about their real estate transactions.  To expose them to the many resources most casual home buyers and sellers are not knowledgeable about. 

She chose EXIT REALTY "The TRI-STATE Group" because they share the same values of honesty, integrity, and philanthropy.  It proved to be a great support system of great people.
