Roland O'Toole Biography

Rusty O’Toole, became a licensed REALTOR® in 2003 and his career in real estate has led him down many paths.  He has worked with bank owned properties, new construction, and existing homes.  Rusty has completed many short sales, helping troubled homeowners to sell and avoid foreclosure.

Prior to a career in real estate, he was resided in Yardville, New Jersey, until 1972.  Rusty then moved to Delaware and currently resides in Magnolia with his wife and children.  Some of his hobbies include; photography, computers, and he also drives a tour bus to various locations in the United States and Canada.

Rusty joined EXIT REALTY “The TRI-STATE Group” in 2010, and has attained the ABR® (Accredited Buyer’s Representative designation). He is a member in good standing of the National Association of Realtors, Delaware Association of Realtors, and the Kent County Associations of Realtors.
