I was born in upstate NY, but I have been a Delaware resident since I was 5 years old. I am a Breast Cancer Survivor since February 1997 and love volunteering and fundraising for the cause. During my treatments, I met an amazing man, Barry, who I proudly married in November, 1998. My husband has served the United States Air Force for 24 years, so I understand the needs of a military family. I feel that paying it forward is both essential and rewarding. Family is extremely important to me and I spend as much time as possible with them. Some of the fun stuff we do during downtime are watching movies, kayaking, biking and anything where we can spend time together, after all that is what family is all about!
