Tonia Jefferson Biography

Tonia Jefferson has been in the Real Estate business for over 9 years.  Tonia Jefferson specializes and takes pride in working with 1st Time Homebuyers, non-profit organizations that helps buyers with low to moderate income acquire new home, and government grant programs that allows qualifying buyers into an FHA mortgage loan with interest rates as low as 1%.  In addition, Tonia is currently working with sellers on short sales. Tonia is a former, restaurant owner, sales specialist, travel agent, and property manager that have been providing individuals, families and corporate clients with a more "personalized" touch in acquiring real estate.

Tonia has had the honor of being awarded a client specialist and Tonia is member of NAR, DAR, NCCBR, and SCAOR.  In her off time Tonia enjoys traveling across country with her spouse and children.  Originially from New Jersey, Tonia has lived in the State of Delaware for 15 years.  Tonia loves to take cruises and is an avid card player.  In her free time, Tonia is a volunteer worker for the Children's and Outreach Ministry in her church.
