Ed Stinson Biography

E.F. Stinson has been a Pennsylvania licensed real estate agent since 1980 and was interested in real estate industry after purchasing his first home.  He worked as part time realtor while working full time as a Philadelphia Police Sergeant.  He secured his Broker's License after attending additional educational classes and passing the State's testing and experience requirements. 

Ed specializes in residential properties, and has practiced the Real Estate profession with several firms in the Philadelphia area.  He heard about EXIT Realty from a promotional DVD and was attracted to the commission and residuals benefits.  Now in retirement from the Philadelphia Police force, he works full time as the "Broker of Record" for EXIT REALTY “The TRI-STATE Group and loves “the family atmosphere” the office provides.
