April A. Ward Biography

April A. Ward is a New Jersey licensed REALTOR® and a Notary for both Pennsylvania and New Jersey. April began her career in real estate with EXIT REALTY “The TRI-STATE Group” as the Business Development Director since May 2007.

Prior to arriving at EXIT REALTY "The TRI-STATE Group", she worked in the broadcast television industry as television talk show public affairs producer, a Communication Studies graduate from Widener University in Chester, Pennsylvania (2000), and graduate from Washington Township High School in Sewell, New Jersey. Currently, April is the Owner of a media production company - Fruition Life Media - “Visionaries Beyond The Lens” in Clayton, New Jersey.

April utilizes her television media experience at “The TRI-STATE Group” by always keeping the management staff and agents updated on the upcoming agent trainings; marketing events; and meetings. She has helped EXIT REALTY "The TRI-STATE Group" and The Waterfront Group Foundation" gain media exposure in print, internet, and television through the Tabula Rasa Project & Giant Stocking Holiday Deliveries.

April is a member in good standing of the National Association of REALTORS®, New Jersey Association of REALTORS®, and the Burlington Camden County Associations of REALTORS®.  April became a homeowner with her husband, James in 2008.
