Michele Bilow Biography

In the course of a diverse 12-year career in all aspects of real-estate brokerage management, sales, financing, new construction and development, and property management, Michele Bilow has proven to be a skilled executive, creative thinker and a competent trouble-shooter and turnaround expert. 

Michele moved to the Delaware area in 1998, where she is currently married with two children.  Her college background is in Business Management.  Prior to beginning her real estate career, Michele worked as a Director of a non-profit organization where her skills in fundraising were utilized. In Dover, she has used those same skills to assist various local organizations.

She has facilitated the opening of three real estate companies; trained as a loan officer and mortgage consultant with a national company; specialized in developing and construction of residential properties; trained Realtors in sales, marketing, and closing techniques; managed a large portfolio of residential rentals; and serves on several committees in the local and state associations such as Professional Standards, Housing committee, and Smart Growth.
