Jon Graham Biography

Jon Graham is a Realtor with EXIT Realty “THE TRI-STATE GROUP” located in the thriving capitol city of Dover, DE. After serving his country and the international community while in the United States Air Force for over 20 years, Jon wanted to do something to help in the community in which he lives. As an active minister to those in need of spiritual and moral guidance, Jon knew there was more work to be done. After much contemplation, he decided to help people in the community achieve the American Dream of home ownership. He specializes in finding first time home buyers the right home for them in the quickest time possible and with easy financing, often with low down payments. He also loves working with buyers who are purchasing in rural areas and helping them to get excellent financing.

Jon is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Delaware Association of Realtors, Kent County Association of Realtors, Kent County Chamber Of Commerce, Delaware Minority Chamber Of Commerce, and the Air Force Sergeants Association. Being retired military he has a unique understanding of the challenges people often face when being uprooted from a place of comfort and set down in a new and unfamiliar place. He gains great satisfaction from helping many individuals and families through the challenges of relocation at a hectic time in their lives.

Jon’s experience, accomplishments, and win/win attitude make him the right choice for meeting the needs of a buyer purchasing a home and a seller merchandising and marketing their home, leading ultimately to a successful sale! He is a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and an Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR); only 4% & 3%, respectively, of Realtors nationwide hold these designations. Jon has been in the business for nearly 7 years to date and in his relatively short tenure as a Realtor, he has accomplished more and acquired more knowledge than the average agent with more than 15 years of experience.
