DETAILS: Based on surveys completed by the staff and agents, EXIT REALTY "The TRI-STATE Group" was named one of the Top Workplaces 2011 in the Philadelphia Area with high scores in Career, Direction and Conditions. EXIT REALTY "The TRI-STATE Group" is ranked one of the TOP 20 businesses in the small company category with fewer than 150 employees.

Founder of EXIT REALTY "The TRI-STATE Group," Marie Bontigao-Miksche opened three offices in as many years in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware. Bontigao-Miksche wanted to help her agents whom had a license in more than one state to streamline the industry expenses. One agent filled out the survey, explaining they loved working with EXIT REALTY "The TRI-STATE Group" because the company offers "flexibility, training, room for growth, professionalism, integrity, community outreach, and concern of the management."
