Description: Taking place on both Weds., Feb. 8 and Thurs., Feb. 9, The course certifies agents to be Accredited Buyer’s Representatives.
Cost: $225/member, $275/non-member. Approved for 12 core CE credits.

Description: Taught by Schilcher Kratz, topics will include:  Discover the Benefits and Warnings about REOs - Real Estate Owned; Learn the Red Flags and Penalties of Mortgage Fraud; Know the Difference Between Legal and Illegal Flipping; Identify the signs of Predatory Lending

The course completes 7 hours of Broker/Salesperson Continuing Education for 5/31/12 renewal date IF you were originally licensed before December 1, 2009.  This course does not count as Continuing Education for new licensees.

Description: Tuesdays and Fridays until March 9, all three courses (90 Hour Knowledge Course, 30 Hour Agency & Ethics, 30 Hour Office Management), broker courses account for ALL Continuing Education requirements for the current term.
